Default Attention Anyone With Warn 424!!!!

Finally got the 424 unlocker on the Rubicon today. When we were finished, I took some hot laps around the shop. Very impressed with the 4x2 abilities, but I'm having a problem disengaging it from 4x4 into 4x2. You can pull the lever back, but it will not lock into position. It slides INTO 4x4 perfectly. Slightly moving either forward or backwards doesn't help either, whether under throttle or coasting. HOWEVER, if you jack the front end up so the front tires are just off the ground, it will lock and unlock flawlessly. As soon as you set it back down, it won't go into 4x2. What's the deal?

My 424 has worked flawlessly since installation, didn't even have to adjust the cable.

Already tried. Pretty sure it's something mechanical.
