Default New .080 piston

hello i work in a machine shop and i redone cylinder in my 1998 blaster. i polished out all scrathes and then crosshatched cylinder. my question is this??

how long after i install new piston and rings before i will be able to hammer on the throttle like old times??

how long should i ride easy for rings to seat??? thanks for any advice.

i usually let my motor idle until it gets warm and then shut it off until it cools down and do that for about 3/4 or a full tank of gas and then ride around easy for about 3 or 4 tanks of gas and then it should be thoroughly broke in and there are tips on trinity's website hope i could help
