Just getting to know the Oregon dunes myself, I have some first timer pictures on my website here:

Let me know when you are going, I'm pretty new but trying to get out every chance I get.
I think water is the big concern with these filters, althoug a quick creek crossing here and there won't hurt anything if you are carefull.
Brent, I think I have that particular kit.
It comes with the tubes clamps, and uni filter.
The outerware was extra, also if you wanted to go K&N you'd have to order the metal adapter and filter separate.
