What will run cooler, Polished cilinder or powder coated?

What will run cooler, Polished cilinder or powder coated?

What about jet hot? They do exhausts and such and its been proven that the jet hot coating doesnt hold heat and runs cooler. I wonder if they would be able to do what you need.

They dont powdercoat gas tanks, radiators and oil tanks because it is an expensive process.
