Go with a frame that was setup for auto cluches. Then you can just use the cluch and tranny off of the stock bike.

You dont want to use the ATV clutches on a snowmo motor. they are physically smaller and wont perform as well. That's the glory of snowmo clutches. They have a lower gear ratio so you can gear the bike higher, but they also have more overdrive for a higher top speed.

bill from adrenaline is far from unbeatable. Id guess with a 1500cc psi triple in that chassis with a big shot of nos it would be fast. But like i said, in sand mountain for memorial day he couldnt even run with the 10-14mm monoblocks

How do you get your snowmobile to run right in the warm weather, without over heating. Do you jet it higher to get more feul to keep the motor cool? Just wondering.

i ve done this 6 time now 1 in a trx 250r chassis best handlinglanother in a 250x 3cylinder turbo never has ran right. a banshee lots of frame modes and to small of cooling system. the rest ar in trail blazer set ups.
they work the best but handling sucks. you have to make foot peg extensions and a clutch cover, and long swing arms plus 8 or better. it take about 12 hours from start to finish if you are a half way good welder .
when i get smarter i will post some pictures
