Hello everyone as you may already know I'm new to the forums.
I have had my 2001 raptor unmodified since the day I bought it new.
I have about $2000 saved up for my raptor. So I was wondering what peformance mods would you guys recommend me to get with 2 grand.

That would be where I would start, an 02 transmission and a new connecting rod while you are in there.

Also, I came across the www.raptortranny.com and it gives me the instructions on how to do it; or should I just take it to my local Yamaha dealer and have them install it?
Actually, I've seen the instructions and it's a lot of work does anybody have any idea how much would labor cost?
