Default Best 400ex power mods????

I've got a 400ex that I need to open up and refresh. While I'm in there I am gonna put a 416 kit and cam in it. What are my other options that will give me power gains, while keeping the bike dependable. Is the 416 kit my best bet??? What are the best cams??? I would like to get into motocross and would like to have the power for that type of riding. Any help would be appreciated.

The stroker has alot of torque. I don't know if it would work for motocross, though. I have a real torquey cam, so a taller cam might let it run on a mx track.

As far as cams go, mine is a 450-451 Web cam. They have 4 or 5 different cams for the 400ex. Mine is their slowest/highest torque offering. Check there web site or call them and ask about the others.
