Where can I find the best price on J&E piston for my raptor?Looking for 102m and 12-1.Also looking for shortend swingarm.When using a aftermaket swing arm can you still use your stock shock and Durablue lowering bar?

JE would be my last choice for a Raptor piston. Ross, CP, and wiseco all make much more reliable units for the raptor. I dont believe wiseco has a 12:1, but ross and cp do.

Sparks still runs JE and I believe I saw a Kenz build with a JE, but most use Ross or CP for major builds.

In anycase, many companies carry the JE. Just search through the aftermarket sites and see what you can find.

 

Just wondering why your locking for a shortened swing arm. That will make it really hard to keep the frt end down

 

Stock length swingarms are usually best for flattrack and tt racing. Only the banshee and early honda 250R really need a shortened swinger for these applications. But that would be my guess as to what he is shooting for.

Most are running +5/8 to +1 for mx.

 

but weisco only makes a standerd bore and a 105 piston, that ive seen.

 

Last time I checked, which was about a month or two ago, Wiseco made stock bore 100mm pistons and 686 bore 102mm pistons for the raptor and only availible in 11:1 compression ratios.
