I got a '04 Sportsman 600 I already have a dyno jet kit and a K&N air filter but im still looking for some other mods. Any suggestions?

 

put the 05 front suspension on it

 

Check out a sway ber disconnect. It's amazing how much the sway bar limits the rear suspension travel.

 

Sounds like you're looking for extra speed? May I ask then why you bought such a heavy machine? I'm not a big Polaris person but IMO their 500HO is the best one they make. Sorry I couldn't be any help on your MOD quesiton.

 

It's not that i'm looking for more speed but maybe a little more bottom end. I do alot of trail riding and get caught in some situations that I would have to use the low gear but once I get moving a little more I tend to need a higher gear. I guess thats what I get for buying and automatic, but thats my only complaint. Also I have a tendency to want to take all my machines that I purchase to their fullest extent of power without damaging it.
