Default turbo blaster

i have started a thread in the yamaha section about me turboing my blaster and i was wonderin if anybody has any imput on it. heres the link. turboing my blaster
any suggestions is very apreciated

I thought you couldent supercharge or turbocharge 2-stroke engines? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

You can supercharge/turbo anything with a intake track and a exhaust. You just need to be careful how you set-it up because in a 2 stroke the exhaust wave is actually reflected back into the cylinder.

There is a web page that sells turbos for 70.00 bucks there small but u will probebly dont need a big one. Your going to have to search under turbu in yahoo but u will see it.

I was out at Glamis with a local race shop when they were testing there turbo banshee it was insane fast but after about 3 passes up the hill it would blow out the crank seals so they had to go back to the drawing board and find a way to keep the seals from blowing out. Last I heard they had fixed the problem with a seal stay back up plate.

I'd like to see how they make it work for the two stokes.

I'd maybe Turbo the Polaris 250 two stroke we have as well because it is real gutless at the hills, plus it is heavy.

I'm still working in my Warrier Turbo project. The turbo works great as far as building boost goes. It's designing the Fuel Injection form the ground up that's taking some time. Lots of learning to do in the way of Micro Controllers [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
