Default taking the core out of stock yfz 450 muffler

I was messing around today in my garage and started to look at my stock muffler. After taking apart I pulled out the huge core and spark arrestor. I ran the muffler open and noticed it had a stronger pull accept for maybe alittle jetting problems (bogs) 27 degrees out . So I was wondering if any one has dynoed a stock muffler with the S/A out of it. I bet we would be supprised at the gains that are available from the stock pipe just by opening it up. Give me some feed back. I wish I had someone else to run against to see if its making more power or a dyno.

On the dyno by just taking out the core you gain 3 hp for the bogginess you can just play around with the needle

Thats pretty sweet but did you look at the trx? It shows it making more power and being quicker. I have not had one trx beat me usually I pull them alittle bit. Not by much but 9 times out of 10 I am ahead. I also noticed how much the jetting is important on these quads. I cant wait to get my digatron guages back to jet this bike better. Do you know what pipe he used for this test?
