Default yfz450 wheel front wheel spacers

I would like to know if anyone has used front wheel spacers on their yfz? Are these a good way to extend the front out, for mx. I am fairly new to racing so it's not like i'm going to be doing 90 ft. triples. Novice rider. I am 5'6" and 140lbs. I don't have the money for new arms. If so which ones are good or better than the others. Will this mess up the front end? Or can you turn the rims around and gain the same distance/ or effect. any info. greatly appreciated

I don't MX, but am a hardcore duner. I ordered the widest offset rims possible for the front and back. Made a HUGE difference on the fronts! If I am not mistaken, it was close to +3" per wheel. I went with the Douglas polished aluminum ones.

Oh yeah, you'll definately want a steering stabilizer after that if you don't already have one.

Like I said, I think they are about +3" offset.
10" X 8" rims (front) and 10 X 10 on the back if I remember correctly.

I don't see how it would screw antything up as long as you are not going 30' into the air (height).
Just make sure you get the thicker rims (.190") if you are going to be MX'ing it.
