Default need advice

I recently put a new 5/16 reed spacer an 4 degree flywheel timing advance in the blaster. i cant really tell a difference except for wen i hit fourth gear it is already time to hit fith gear. I dont spend any time in fourth fith an sixth gear its like ther all the same gear ratio(i know ther not but thats wat it acts like) i want mostly mid an top end power. so if anyone has any tips on how i might accomplish this, then tell me please

I've never even rode a blaster, but my banshee has alot of mods.More compression, porting, and a bigger carb should help.
