Default Is it hard to rejet a carb?

I need to rejet my yamaha blaster. I can get the kit off of Rocky Mountain ATV. Is it hard to perform this for the average person?

you need to get to the carb...then on the bottom take off the 4 screws holding the bowl on..then the Main jet is the middle hex one

The actual rejetting part isn't hard, its getting the damned carb(s) OUT!

I pulled thecarb apart this weekend. Now big deal really, it's the fine tuning that will get ya. Played with all kinds of jets and it just wouldn't idle and run right at the same time....so I took it to the Yamaha service center. Figure it's better than ruining the darn quad.

i am also curious what does it cost to take your quad to the shop and have it jetted there? I want to know if its just more efficient to have them do it right insted of me messing up my quad.
