What would be a decent sprocket ratio on a mojave with a pipe and clamp on k&n air filter. Right now im running stock 12 front and 43 rear and want a little bit more bottom without sacraficing much top end if possible

More bottom?? The only complaint I ever had was too much low end on my mojave...I went to a 13 tooth front sprocket and left the rear alone and really liked it better than stock....
