which premix oil is best?

Since I reajusted my carb I havent fouled a single plug. Is there any chance that I'll hurt something if I keep using a 20:1 ratio ??? Why use higher ratios ??? Does it give you more power ??? If not, I dont see any reason why I should change the way I mix my oil and gas.
