Default off road engine

hi,
im building a offroad gokart and i need a engine to put in it and i was wondering if u knew of a good one not over 200cc cus its only just longer than me when i sit down [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

how about using a 125 motor from a dirtbike?should be plenty of power and you can shift it..

I put a techumseh rotatiller engine in my go kart. it's got plenty of top end but not enough low end.

If you want to stay around 200cc's then I would run an old honda 200x engine. You'll have a tranny, decent power, air cooled and very dependable. Im sure you could find one on ebay for a decent price if you keep your eyes open. Good luck.

25 horse honda that is clutch driven that should be able to go but it'll cost ya $$

Just drop a gsxr 600 engine in [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]... i think a 125 zuki or honda engine would be good.
