The Really Big Dune Blaster Project
#1
I recently completed a full rebuild on our 98 Blaster. It has been faithful and served well for 5 years now, and it pulls all the big hills at St Anthony with one of my boys on it. But it was getting a bit long in the tooth and Ajay who rides it was really needing more, and rather than just go buy a bigger heavier 4 stroke, we went through this thing and updated all critical areas. Now it has real good power, handles twice as good, and looks great to boot.
Since this site isn't equipped to post a bunch of pictures, I'm including a link to the site where the rebuild is chronicled and pictured.

Can't wait to get to the dunes and see how it pulls the hills and do some racing!
Oh and I'm going to post one or two pix in my page here as well.
