I have a 95' Banshee with T-5s, K+N and Dynojet kit. What size main should I run at about 20 degrees. I have been running 320s and that seems good at around 60 degrees.

check your plugs... I run no airbox lid K&N and outerware with FMF fattys with powercore 2's with only 300 mains. I ride at Glamis and the temps vary from about 35 to 80 in the same day.

I have oftened wondered how the outside temperature effects jetting.

What is the norm? The hotter the outside temperature, the larger the jet size (ie: increase amount of fuel), or vice versa?

Colder air is more dense. You have to increase jet size to allow more fuel to compensate for more air. You should also think about raising the needle 1 position (lowering clip) and maybe adjusting your air screw.
