Default Will .040 overbore make a difference?

I have the parts (Weisco piston kit) to do a .040 overbore on my Big Bear ute. Just want to know what difference I will feel if any; is it worth the work?
Bike alreay has jet kit, K&N and IDS2 Supertrapp pipe.

Thanks

Make that a 10.25 to 1 piston with the .040 over bore, and you will definately notice a difference.

Cool, that's exactly what I have here. Any pointers, I see you have said piston in your Wolvy? Should I run a diferent temp spark plug? Prolly have to rejet again I suppose?

You don't need to change your plug, just check for color after a good run, and adjust jetting to get the nice brown color of a good fuel ratio. Nothing much to putting one in, just have the jug bored to match the piston, and get a good quality top end gasket set, and you are ready to go.
