How far can you bore a Warrior's cylinder walls before you encounter hot spots and overall loss in reliability? Many places can send me a piston any size I want, but I don't know how far I can punch this thing before I run into trouble. Thanks in advance.

On the stock jug, I'd not go over .060 overbore. This is what I did to get 400cc from my Warrior motor and bore alone takes it up to 366cc I believe. Combine that with a stroker crank (5.6mm) and you get the 400cc with only minor case relief work. Any more of a stroker and you need more lower end case work for crank clearance.

Let me know if you've got any other questions.

I`ve been running a .080" over bore. In my 95 Wolverine for 2 years now, with 11:1 compression. With no problems. Thats as high as you can go with out a modified sleeve, and case modification.
Good luck...
