Best exhaust for a scrambler 500?
Well guys after much deliberation I chose to go with a Aaen performance silver ceramic coated rebuildable muffler. I was told that there muffler has been dyno tested with stock jetting and that there is no need to rejet because polaris did indeed jet the scrambler on the rich side from the factory. They claim a 3-4hp increase with the muffler and a k&n air filter. I went ahead and ordered the spark arrestor with the muffler to quiet it down as well. I will have it installed by the weekend and will let everyone know the results. My next step is to decide on which clutch kit to get. I'm thinking a roller secondary for sure, but still undecided on which springs and weights to use.

They have been around for quite a while. Check them out at Aaenperformance.com
There was a reference to them in the last months issue of dirtwheels when they were discussing atv automatics and replacing a belt. How can I post some pics of my scrambler on here?

hey there i had an 05 Scrambler and put a white brothers e series slip on on mine, with a K&N Air Filter, with a Dyno Jet Kit, and that was it, and it could keep up to a 750 Brute Force until the BF hit around 90kms. But id have to say the White Bros Pipe was nice, because it had the disks to take out. I took almost all mine out and at one point i took them all out, I could notice the difference it made when i toook them all out but it was really loud, but not annoying. U want annoying listen to a 800 sportsman, it sounds like a wet fart lol.
