Filter problems

Default Filter problems
I cleaned out my filter and dried it out and then proceeded to coat it with pj1 foam filter treatment and now I cant the damn thing to start. Any sugestions???

Default Filter problems
Works fine now...let that bastard sit over night and it had a little trouble firing up but it did. Seems to be a little faster too. Perhaps I should have cleaned the filter better years ago.
