About 2 weeks ago I was at jviper85's house with my blaster. We where going down some backroads(Yes I know it is illegal)Anyway we where traveling top speed alot with my motor WOUND out like it was screaming. My question is will keeping your motor wound out for long periods of time hurt the motor?I am jetted a little rich anyway.I was worrying about my main bearings, wrist pin bearing, the rod itself or piston failure. It isn't often I do this but if it is going to hurt anything I would like not to do it anymore.

Oh and blaster's are scary going about 65mph on blacktop!

moded out 86 trx250
97 300ex
90 blaster

hey whats up.
I dont think it will hurt your bike, aslong as you have good mixture of oil with the gas. I used to own a blaster and I used to kill the engine on sand dunes. Keeping a good mixture and changing you transmission oil often your engine will last a long time.
Peace

Maybe not 65 but atleast 60!Tonight I "raced" a car.We didn't start out at the same time it was going down the highway and I was next to it on a service road.I pulled away from it for a while then it started gaining. He had to be going at least 60.
