How do you take apart a seized in engine?

Stock pistons are the best for reliability. Pro-X also makes a good piston. Wiseco makes an affordable LIGHTWEIGHT piston. That is the primary problem with Wiseco the lightweight means less metal so it heats up quicker (expands) faster than the cylinder (especially in a liquid cooled snowmobile in the winter). Wiseco do break in faster and they are good for racing (most guys that seriously race rebuild their engines often). If you go with the Wiseco just make sure you warm up good before you start screaming so you don't cold sieze.

when my friend seized his "beater" blaster up we used about a whole can of an amazing stuff called PB Blaster!! thats stuff is awesome!! the next day it turned over so we coverend the gasket in silicon let it dry then the next day dragged it behind the good old polaris xpedition 425 (dads, that thing is unstoppable) and he rode it for the next 5 months like that! never had to touch a thing!

I run wisecos in my banshee .20 over. I broke in for 10hrs, before i finally pinned it. It is holding up so far. I was told pro-x will need less break in time and dont expand as much. And wiseco was racing and hold up better and are stronger but you have to be careful, make sure it is warmed up properly. I would go with wiseco, that is what I will put in the jet ski.
