Default Warrior 350 going turbo

I have a 2003 warrior 350. Im going to turbo it with a IHI turbo off a 2.2l probe. I think its called a RBH5 or something like that. I can fab up flanges for the exhaust, so thats not an issue, and im not worrying about intercooling it. However, I want to use a blow-through setup, so I know that carb adjustments will be mandatory. Is this possible? Do I have to convert to EFI? Is it hard to convert to EFI? If anyone has any kind of suggestions, feel free to express them.

Convert to a different frame! That Warrior frame has never handled very well. You make it go super fast, and you better hang on.....

I know that the warrior frame geometry isnt the greatest, but buying a new atv is out of the question and i got the turbo for next to nothing and have easy access to anything necessary to plumb it. I jsut want something unique using stuff i already have.

I don't think the little warrior motor will be able to spool up that large of a turbo. That turbo is sized for a 2200cc gas motor with 4 cyl. Your motor is 350cc with one cylinder.

Since you got such a good deal on the turbo, i would recommend turning around and selling the unit for a profit.

I already hooked up the turbo just to see if it would spool it up, and it seems to spool at around 4k and it puts out around 8psi, which is plenty for me. Im going to use a draw through setup because I really dont want to convert to efi and adjusting the carb to accomodate a blow through is rearly impossible. I already have a good oil feed and i plan on draining it through the breather.

How did you measure the 8psi? Did you simulate the air flow you expect through the engine?

Setting up a carb up for a blow threw setup is possible. You will need to pressurized the float bowl and make sure it has 2-3psi more than the venturi. I have a blow threw setup with a cv carb and its working great.
