I have an 86 Tecate 3 motor and might be getting a Mojave rolling chassis. Since the T-3 motor is counter balanced I won't have to worry about the vibration as much but my question is how much in the way of parts are still available for the T-3 motor. I know it is different from the T-4 motor. If I do this project my plans are to swap swingarms with my wifes Lakota (1" longer) and wider A-Arms and Axel. Powder coated geen frame with OEM green plastic and build the hell out of the motor. I wonder if the new KX 250 cylinders can be grafted onto the motor. Any input is appreciated.
