I just purchased a 2003 honda foreman s and it is in need of brake work. the wheel cylinders, springs, drums, etc are nothing but rust and are in horrible shape. two of the front wheel cylinders are actually froze up and push out on the brake shoes at all so stopping power is almost gone. I was wondering what people's opinion was as to about whether to replace the drum brake components or convert both front and rear to disc brakes. thanks in advance.
