What four stroke engine would you guys put in a 250 frame. Or a 400EX frame.

maybe a xr500r or a xr650r liquid cooled. i saw one before. that thing was tight looking

Get a drivetrain from any 600 or 650 dual purpose bike they have a boat load of torque and power and are a single cylinder. i have a kart with a klr650 drivetrain and it weighs 650 lbs with me in it and it will try to tear your head off at 85 mph!!!!!!!!!! The key is in gearing and gettin the power to the ground
