Default Help with yamaha Baster

I have a 96 Blaster that has been bored and ported with a 76.5 mm pistoin a 38mm kian carb with a 120 main jet and a 40 piolet jet. It has boysen reeds and a 1/2 inch spacer with a pro circuit exhaust. My problem is that it ran good at sea leval but when I tock it to reno it wont run for more than a few minites and stalls. it wont kick start we have to pull start it. when we pull the plug it is wet. It was wet evan at sea level. Any ideas as to wy it will not run.
My local place said it was a jetting broblem.
Thank to any one that can help

Is there a dramatic elevation difference between the 2 places?
Does it run well after you pull start it?
If so,sounds like it's just flooding out.I had that problem one year when we went out to Little Sahara.
I had a banshee. It was giving me fits.
Got back and one of my friends suggested kicking starting it and not giving it gas until it fires up.
Sounds simple,but it worked.
