I Had just gotten my cyclinder in my '89' Blaster resleeved. Iam now back to a stock bore size my other mods include : a DG pipe, FmF Silencer, and Boyseen power reeds. I just purchased a new 28mm Mikuni carb. My question is : what is the correct jetting I should use, or can someone give me a good size to start at? Im not sure if elevation has anything to do with it but I live in northern West Virginia I think it's somewhere around 4,000ft above sea level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, just guessing, at least a 260 , and likely quite larger on the main. remember, as it's always said, start rich and work down slowly so u don't burn a piston and waste your new top end.I wouldn't mess with the idle jet and pilot air settings too much, as you don't sound particularly familiar with jetting. the stock settings on those should be adequate, but always be careful and pay attention to what your machine is trying to tell you.

Good riding, and try to save our trails for everyone
