Increasing compression

I have a 250 that weighs 320lbs with a decent cam, 10.5:1, full porting, glasspack muffler and oodles of tricks and it won't tear it up in 3rd. I think you'd need a turbo to get that kind of power... or else lose about 200lbs of weight.
The 660 raptor on the other hand is pretty much stock with a pipe and I have to put 50lb lead weights on the front bumper to hold the wheels down to steer it.... doesn't seem to matter what gear. Its crazy powerful.
Your money might be better spent getting a bigger engine or a bigger trike (350x or 250r) than trying to get more from a 200.
