I’m checking out a 1987 LT 500 that has a blown top end. I was wondering what is the stock dimension of the cylinder wall? What is the ware limit on the cylinder? I was told .060 over and .080 over was the maximum bore limit. What do you guys think?

If this helps any, Wiseco offers up to a 0.140" oversized PRO-LITE pistons for the '87-'90 LT 500 R.
