OK i have a 2000 warrior, i put a WB cam in it and i also had the cylinder bored .060" Now heres my problem. I put took the quad out for the first time on sunday. it ran great as long as you went ballz out in every gear. If you didnt it would start to spudder. Also it wouldnt do hill climbs for Crap. i would have to stay in first gear most of the time to make it up the hill. What should my jetting be? currently i have 152.5 main jet. and all other jets are factory settings.

You probably have too wild of a cam for just being .060" over. I have heard that unless you have a full out "race" motor, a mild cam is better.

to my knowledge the Lift .390" IN - .390" EX cam is the mild one. The Lift .430" IN - .430" EX is the High lift cam. I have the 390 cam. So i dont see what my problem is. Anyone elses take?

How much more improvement do you see with the cam .390 and the piston kit.

Is the piston stock compression? My guess would be yes. The cam mild or wild helps improves power in the high rpm range but takes away from power in the lower rpm range. A higher comp. piston brings back the power in the lower rpm range, complimenting each other and making power through out the rpm range. If your jetting is correct this may be your problem. You may need to try 1 size up on the pilot jet and possibly 1 position up on the needle as well.

P.S. Be careful not to over rev it now, you can float the valves and have one smack the piston.
