You still have not answered to port chamfer question. Is this a power valve cylinder? If so, was the power valve relieved to compensate for the bore?

Still same ole me....Too bad about the ORC board it was really good...till they "improved" it...

Dont know what is up with the MacDizzy board. Albiet I have choosen to not post/contribute there any more. I'd rather not discuss here on the boards.

I gave all this info to my buddy with the bad cylinder. He ended up taking the cylinder to a different shop, and it was concluded that the port edges weren't chamfered. He had the cylinder bored and cleaned up and he reinstalled it. It's working well and hopefully the problem doesn't happen again.
