Timing Chain disconnection?

Well My brother blew his piston rings and i need to get the head off, i have the top plate to the cam off and i'm trying to get the timing chain off so i can get to the piston, can anyone help??

ya if this one was like mine just un bolt the sprockt but don't let any thin fall in the engine
