I'm also a happy Magic Racing customer. I have dealt with Matt over the phone and have been very happy with their products and customer service!
Thanks Magic Racing,
ERIC

Another satisfied Magic Racing customer checking in. Decent prices, friendly service, prompt shipping. Special orders usually aren't easy, especially with Skat-Trak.

I have dealt with magic racing once, and was happy with their service, but at any give time a company can screw over and mistreat someone....I hope no one here has resorted to politically correctness, the kind that caused the death of over 6000 americans on sept. 11.....any I say post your bad experiences with the companies, and companies if you dont like it, I say tighten your asses up, we pay for good service, I dont care what the conditions are, I dont care what is back ordered, We pay, I repeat, pay! for good service, that is what we should get! Im sure if I called and said "Well, I only have 100$, but Im having really tough times, so I think you should sale me that part for only 75$" I dont think you all would give a rats *** about our sob stories, so we dont want to hear yours!!!!!! Bottomline, we pay for service, either we get it, or you get it, on here. Have a nice day.

Based on previous customers input, it appears Magic Racing does indeed provide excellent service, but Livewire clearly fell through the cracks.

Another satisfied Magic customer. I'm proud to run that black and red Magic Racing sticker on the back of my Banshee.. It looks really cool too. The plastic's black, and the only thing that shows up is "Magic".

DSBuddy, will you please visit the Honda forum and reply to the question I asked about your wheels? Thanks

I smell large quantities of B.S. going on here.

Based solely mhimanek’s posts, I would say B.M.’s customer service is poor at best. Rather than attempt to solve any issues with LiveWire before things get out of hand, he waits until LiveWire comes here and complains about it. (Justly so I might add.) Then all he does is come on here (Apparently along with half the people who work for him.) and explain why he is right and the customer is wrong. What is that old saying? The customer is always right? Apparently Black Magic doesn’t think so.

I`m with LiveWire too, he waited 12 weeks for his tires (and 4+4 isn`t 12), and you sold them within 3 days, not even giving him a call "hey, we have someone that wants the tires you ordered...are you mad at us, and don`t want to hear of us again, and we sell those tires, or do you still want them?". THIS would be customer service, not just some replys "they`re in, it wasn`t our fault"..."ah, they`re sold" and you`re screwed.
And I agree that a job, whatever it is, has to be done properly. I hate people who are paid and do nothing all day! It happened with some less important stuff...but still got me mad. I went to a bearing shop to get my axle bearings and seals. They didn`t have them in stock...oh well, when will you have them? monday. Monday came, nothing...etc until thrusday! He just didn`t want to order my seals because "we don`t have lots of metric parts asked for". I yelled a little telling I payed for parts, and he still had not even ordered them? What his job consisted in then...etc. I got them the day after. This is what I call crap service. So my point is, you are a customer, you work your a$$ off all week, and when you hand that money to someone else, it`s not to hear "not yet". When you give money, you get something back in change, not just beautiful words!

Livewire and I did resolve problems before they got to this site, he was unhappy and didn't want to wait any longer-so he asked for a refund, which was given the next day. I cannot control what Skat-trak does, I can only place the order. If you want proof of sale of the tires-I can give anybody a copy of the invoice. For the people that stand up for Magic Racing it makes me very happy and thank you. (and they are not employed here)
The situation here does not make me happy, I have no intention to screw anbody-why would I? Did I benifet from it? I didn't rip off Livewire, did he lose money?
