i have a "92"blaster 200 and the 6th gear had been making lots of noise till last fall when i was driving down a dirt road it it just started clunking and skipping in side, but its only the 6th gear, every thing else works great but its just the 6th. i haven't split the cases yet but i don't know what to expect either and how it happened???!!!!

I'm not a pro but I wouln't ride it. It sounds like you lost the 6th gear fork and you are risking more damage riding around with broken parts in your engine. Hope everything works out for ya.
