Just got the motor put back together on the 95 Wolverine,just thought I'd let people know how it came out. I got the piston/cam kit from Highlifter,which I ordered with a .040 over Wiseco 10.25:1 piston,an 88 grind Web cam (low-mid range)heavy duty valve springs and base and head gasket. The kit costs 279,with a 90 dollar core charge on the cam,refundable when you send in the old one. Got the initial break in pretty much done, the jetting definately needs working on,with all the mods, and a port job on the head,it really flows the air,so far,I've gone 4 sizes up from the original settings,and the plug still runs almost white! once I get it dialed in,the power increase should be pretty impressive! I also plan on getting a set of 25" Maxxis All Tracs to round out the package,they seem to be a good choice for all around trail/play riding. I'll keep everyone who's interested updated once it's all dialed in.
