speed kit or power kit?
#2
What would be your rationale for buying either one? Have you made significant changes to your air flow? Engine modifications?
What do you expect to gain by adding part or all of so-called power kits?
I suggest that you read my reply and others in the Honda forum re stage 2 kits for the 250 EX. These kits are nothing more than a bunch of various types & sizes of jets...main, needle, pilot, (in some cases), whose actual functions are to correct lean conditions in the engine created by the increases in air flow by the addition of aftermarket pipes or other air flow improvements. In many cases when such lean conditions are present, the jets supplied are the wrong size to correct the problem. The remainder of them sit in one's tool box never to see the light of day again.Power kits do nothing more than increase the fuel flow to the engine if lean. You can do that with a $4 main jet & adjusting the jet needle if necessary.
