I have a '00 Wolverine that I got WET a while back. Immediately after that, I changed the oil several times, drained the gas, etc. Since then, while cruising along in a higher gear at low rpms, if I push the throttle closer to wide open it will sputter and cut out. Once the rpms get higher, it seems to do fine. It doesn't always do this, but most of the time it will. And it still seems to be cutting out if I climb alot of steep hills. Thanks for any ideas.

Carb needs cleaned more than likely. Slow air jet might be dirty. Take off the carb and check it out.
