Default Larger Carb

I have a 39mm carb for '86 250R and am wondering before I get it all back together if I am going to need a larger "boot." By "boot?" I mean the thing that connects the reed to the carb. I know that the stock is probably too small. Does anyone know where to get a larger one if need be? Thanks.

If it is too small just boil it. I am not kidding either. I have gotten a 3" boot to slide over a 4.25" pipe. Once it cools down it will tighten up and work well. My airbox boot has not even shown signs of coming off, and I have already knocked my muffler off twice so I would say it is pretty solid.
