Nothing but your imagination is stopping you. Take some measurements, do some figuring, and go for it. Do some asking about possible pipe selections or what you could have built. I would assume that might be the pricey part, but you need the pipe to match the motor for sure. Peopl build all kinds of things, heck a guy on here told me about a 50hp alky burning ATC90 Honda. I was thinking on putting a yz250 engine in a blaster. It is going to be a heck of a project but i think im going to take it on. It would be sweet to a little high power blaster. I cant imagine a RM400 Engine... thas wild. In my case i am still planning on running the swingarm pivot bolt trough the back of the 250 engine. Some one told me that a Yamaha Tri-Z swing arm almost fits into the blaster frame with a few small modifications and is a bit longer than stock blaster swingarm. Then i will be cutting the old engine tabs off of the blaster frame and welding new ones that match up to the 250 powerplant. The frame tube that runs down at an angle on the blaster will need to be hacked off right at the upper a-arm mounts and a new tube will need to be welded in running strait down to provide more room for the larger 250 pipe. The hard part will be getting that yz250 pipe in, around, and out of the small blaster chassis. I haven't done any measuring yet but by the looks of it that is what looks like needs to be done. I don't know if ill make my swingarm that long but i will make it much wider for sure. I think its going to be sweet. We should start a Super Modified Blaster Club....haha! "The Fastest Blasters" hah! Good luck. Keep your progress posted and ill do the same.
