I had Boyeseen reeds on my Banshee - swapped between them and stock several times and couldn't tell one bit of difference. I am running stock reeds now.

Personally, even the best reeds like V-Force don't do much for you. Reed spacers are another one of those things. That's just my opinion, I'm sure there are plenty of people who will tell you they could feel a HUGE difference from reeds and spacers.

Your right, no major differences with the reeds. If anything the aftermarket reeds tend to last a little longer than stock reeds. I have had good luck with Boyesen Power Reeds which are 2 stage composite and carbon fiber. Using a spacer has no huge benefits either other than keeping the reeds a little further out of the intake increasing reed life.
