Default 1998 Explorer 400 Tie Rod Ends

Having troubles getting the correct outer tie rod for a 1998 explorer 400, I ordered the correct rod end according to the parts break down, but the internal diameter of the female threads of the rod end that I received is too big for the tie rod. I checked a few other sites and they are using the same parts illustration, but have a different part number (possibly just an internal part #).

I'm starting to think that the entire tie rod assembly was superseded and replaced with a newer design and I'll need to order the entire tie rod assemblies. Anyone dealt with this issue and have pointers?

#1820567 is the new number for the assembly, has been substituted! If you order separate parts you will probably get the updated parts,MIGHT just be best to order the assembly.
