Ok so the belt is off and I can't get slip sheave to fit back I guess because of the rollers? Do I need to remove and reinstall the whole assembly?

I was always able to place hold every thing in place, you may have to recheck the rollers(you will barely see the splines on the front sheath line up,then you install the nut and it's really best to have an air or electric impact or someone holding the assembly while you tighten it! I know,it's a funky clutch to work on! OPT

ok so just taking the belt off was a bad idea. I think the rollers and sliders are out of alignment and in order to get them to fit i need to disassemble everything. Is there a trick to getting the nut off?

Sometimes we all get a little over our heads! But we can usually figure it out PS if someway you can have it lifted at arm level it's better than being on the floor. The floor would kill me now! OPT

Would a hammer drill work in lieu of an impact driver?
