Welcome to the forum! You can check out all the posts on the early 600 and 700 Ducati ignition problems and a lot are just like yours! The bolts in the flywheel are 8mm and you need 3 long ones about 3 to 3 1/2 inches long and a good steering wheel puller along with a good propane torch to heat the center area up on the flywheel while you have pressure on the puller. Better if you have an air impact, hard to do without it. The main problem is the Ducati ignition will fail and there is a complete updated Kokusan kit #2202602 which includes a new flywheel,stator,cdi,coil,regulator/rectifier,jumper wires and instructions. Cycle Parts Warehouse or Cheap Cycle Parts are about the cheapest online. About $450 for the kit. Not what you want to hear I know, but just check all the prior posts on this problem(or simply Google "Polaris 700 atv ignition problems") for a better understanding. This was a problem that affected all 600 and 700 models from 2002 to early 2004.
