Well the little piece of the ratchet took out my stator. I notice an impact mark on the cdi charge coil and tested resistance green to red/black and got no continuity. Ordered a new stator today.

 

Just a freaky way to lose a stator. Had em destroy stators by the old style flywheel magnets and pulse coils from recoil parts slinging around,but with electrical problems anything can and will happen. Good luck on the new stator. OPT
