Can someone tell me what these wire-harnesses/sensors are?

It should have instructions, that again I'm assuming as the OTB kits didn't exist when I was still working,or I would have found out about them and used them if they were instead of the crappy Polaris kits OPT
Ok thanks!

Default 2009 sportsman 800 touring t-bap pin #

I have a 2009 Sportsman 800 Touring and I found 3 of the 4 wires going into the T-BAP were not connected. The wires are yellow, orange, violet and blue. The blue wire (pin #2) is still connected. Can anyone tell me what pin # the other wires should be connected to.

Don't mess with this thin wiring and connectors. Look at the "sticky post" in the expert section on 700/800 efi wiring problems. If you need a new harness kit(sounds like it) don't get one from Polaris!! Get one here.Only The Best

I have ordered one and will replace it once it arrives. In the mean time I want to ride over the long weekend. Can anyone look at their T-BAP plug the connects to the T-BAP sensor and tell me pin# and color of wire. If you look close to the plug you will see numbers where the wires go into the plug. They are number 1,2,3 and 4.

Thank you. I plan to extract the pins and solder the wire back to the pins so they don't come off. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the information!

Ok....repaired the T-BAP plug and ohm checked them from the ECB plug to the T-BAP plug and everything has continuity. I started the machine and I'm getting code 41 and 45. I suspect my T-BAP sensor may be bad? I ohm check the pins inside the T-BAP sensor and all of them had continuity between each other. This doesn't seem normal and suspect the T-BAP sensor is internally shorted.
