Default AWD Problem

Hi guys,

I've been posting alot. LOL. Sorry!!!

Anyways,

I can't get AWD in reverse OR High or low range.

And yes, i do use the override button when in reverse.

First off does the awd light come on when in gear?

Check under the panel that the two small connectors(gray and brown wires) for each side of the front wheels are connected. If so just change fluid first. Use Polaris Demand Drive only!!

Where would i change the fluid? The front transmission?

3/16" allen screw in the front hubs. Remove it,clean the shavings off and drain the fluid. Fill back up,turn to 4 o'clock position and drain the excess fluid out. A little extra won't hurt. Then replace the screws.

Alright, i'll go to my local polaris dealer to get some On Demand Fluid

Wait, on the front, where do you fill it back up?

The hub screw holes is for drain and fill.
Drain at 6 oclock position and fill at 4 oclock.
